Investment Approach

We seek real estate investments that provide value add appreciation through up zoning.  CCI has been successful with this given their strong relationships with aldermen and neighborhood community groups.   The approach to investment is to acquire, construct , stabilize within 12-24 months and then sell the asset in a 3-5 year timeline when the project profit is maximized.
